While studying in Beijing, I was surrounded by a food culture defined by patience, precision, and pride. Every dish told a story. Every ingredient was chosen with purpose.
I returned to Bangladesh with a mission — to bring that same level of dedication to the achaar my grandmother used to make. The result is Baking Duck.
